Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (“BJJ”) is one of CMMA’s core training programs.
The premise of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is that a smaller, weaker person can defeat a stronger and larger opponent, through leverage and proper technique.
The techniques involve the students on the mat, with a heavy emphasis on positional control, strategy, drills, and live rolling, to help with your submissions and techniques.
Once in proper position, many different types of submissions can be applied such as: armbars (arm locks), wrist locks, chokes, and leg locks.
Some of the primary positions include, but not limited to are: Guard, Mount, Side-Control, Back Mount, and so on.
CMMA’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program has a structured belt grading system for all classes, including kids. (We follow the belt ranking system of the IBJJF.)
We also have a structured curriculum, so you will progress according to your belt level, as well as being exposed to advanced techniques and self-defense moves as part of your overall training.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA)

Our wrestling classes are available for both adults and children.
In this class, students will develop the fundamentals of wrestling including proper positions, postures, takedowns, reverses, and the basic training techniques.

ZERO TO FIGHT CERTIFICATION
The ZERO TO FIGHT self-defense certification course is designed to provide the necessary knowledge, skills and tools needed for real life practical self-defense or combat competition.
This safe and structured curriculum course has been designed by MMA / Jiu-Jitsu world champion Chad George and his team.
Level 1 Certification:
During this course you will learn the fundamentals of: Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling.
Level 2 Certification:
This advanced course will cover the more intricate details of combat with combining arts together and grappling with strikes. *Must be Level 1 certified to take this course.
