GYM POLICIES:

LEAVE YOUR EGO AT THE DOOR
YOU MUST USE YOUR SIGN IN FOR ADMITTANCE INTO CMMA
-Wait in lobby until your scheduled class is ready to begin
-Do not sit in lobby seats with wet clothes
PICK UP AFTER YOURSELF
-Return all training mits and pads to their designated places after use
-Take your gear home
-If you move equipment, put it back where it belongs
-Throw your paper towels in the trash
PROPER EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED FOR EACH CLASS
-Ask your instructors what is needed for class
-If you do not have the proper equipment for class you CANNOT TRAIN
-Put away ALL equipment after use
-No outside shoes on mats PERIOD. (Boxing or Wrestling shoes OK but cannot be worn outside for any reason)
LEAVE TRAINING BAGS AND CLOTHES IN DESIGNATED SPACES
-Hang personal bags on designated hooks, cubbys or lockers
-DO NOT leave your equipment all over the floor
-Nobody wants to step on your bags and gear during class
-Mat area – place shoes in cubby or around mat frame
LOCKERS AND CUBBYS ARE FOR DAY USE ONLY –
LOCK WILL BE CUT IF LEFT ON LOCKER
-Staff not responsible for personal belongings of members
-Overnight clothes/gear left in lockers with be thrown out
NO BATHING IN THE SINKS
-Yes this is a real rule
-Wipe up sink area after use
-Do not move sink faucets
PROPER HYGIENE REQUIRED
-Keep your gear and clothing clean and smell free
-Wash your GI’s, Hand wraps and training clothes daily
-Keep your equipment clean. Wipe down after every use
-Wear clean clothes while working out. Inappropriate body odor is offensive
DONT DISRUPT CLASSES
– Be on time for group classes and private lessons. It is disruptive to the other
participants and the instructor when you arrive late
-If you are late, wait for instructor to welcome you into the class
PLEASE ASK FOR PERMISSION IF YOU ARE NOT SURE
-Changing class times
-Attending a non program class
BE COURTEOUS TO STAFF AND OTHER MEMBERS
NO FOOD OR DRINK IN TRAINING ROOM
-Plastic water or BPA free bottles ok.
BE BETTER THAN YOU WERE YESTERDAY AND GIVE 100%
-Practice, Practice, Practice
NOTHING IS ACHIEVED ALONE
-Cheer, clap, encourage. Its why were working out in a group anyway!
