CMMA has a Decmeber To Remember to cap off the 2018 year!

This month has remained very active for the students of the CMMA family! Starting with UFC fighter and recent CMMA fighter Pedro Munoz kicking off December with a dominant performance against Brian Caraway with a finish via punches/kicks in 2:39 R1. Pedro has spent many hours grinding alongside the CMMA pro team always willing to offer knowledge and time to whoever approached him, We are very proud of the accomplishments you continue to make.
December 2, Marks the day of the CMMA belt promotions where we had 10 Blue Belts,(Robert Preciado, Jacob Zelaya, David Chang, Yaroslav Lrasovsky, Sam Garcia, Cody Davis, Jennifer Flores, Ray Alexander, Martin Galicia, Andrew Martinez). We also promoted two students to the level of Brown Belt! Chase Gibson, and Mike Hermosa. We want to also give a big congratulations the CMMA instructor Killian Jones for achieving the Black Belt ranks, where he begins a new chapter in his martial arts journey.
Gabby Romero made the CMMA team proud when she flew the CMMA flag at the EBI 18 female Straw weight Submission Only Tournament where she was able to defeat her opponents via arm lock in her first two rounds against some of the top women on the planet. Gabby eventually battled her way to the semi-finals where Gabby eventually met a 3x World Champion Black belt, where she lost a valiantly fought match. Despite having to overcome injury Gabby still showed her championship spirit!
The CMMA team also celebrated with our annual Christmas party! All students were invited to take part at the end of year festivities. During the party, awards were also given to individuals rewarding their hard work this year.
